Leonard Jewelry emphasizes fair pricing every day on all jewelry and watches. We believe in sharing our love of fine jewelry to celebrate the special moments of life with our valued friends and customers for long term relationships and generational satisfaction!

Returns/Exchanges

Jewelry, watches, and merchandise in new condition and accompanied by original sales receipt may be exchanged, given store credit, or returned within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions apply to any item that has been worn, sized, adjusted, engraved, custom-made or received any alteration. Special orders, final sales, personalized items, and shipping fees are not eligible for refund, merchandise credit, or exchange. 

 Purchases made by a credit card must be credited to the original purchasing credit card. Store credit will be given for exchanges or returns without an original store receipt. Any jewelry item, watch, or gift purchase by a check will require a 10 day waiting period after purchase before a refund or exchange can be made.

Online Orders

All online orders must adhere to the above policies to be eligible for return, exchange, or merchandise credit. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund, merchandise credit, or exchange. To prepare your return, please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton. In-Store Pickup for Online Orders

If you select in-store pickup with your online order, your purchase will be held up to five business days from the time you receive your conformation email. After the five day mark, your order will be returned and your original method of payment refunded.

Holds

We will be happy to put a 48 hour hold on jewelry or merchandise without a down payment. After the 48 hours a deposit will be required to secure the jewelry or merchandise, or it will be returned to our inventory.

Layaways

Layaways are available for six months with a 25% deposit and monthly payments. Any item that must be returned to stock will be issued a store credit only for the amount of payment made. A final payment on any layaway must be completed before sizing, customization, or engraving will be done.

Estimates/Repairs

Estimates on repairs will be given to include a price exchange for any gold removed from rings for sizing. Leonard Jewelry will not be responsible for preexisting conditions on watches and jewelry left for batteries and repairs, or jewelry and watches that are left for more than six months after being repaired.

Purchasing Jewelry

We do not purchase previously worn or owned jewelry or metals. You can be assured that your purchases are new and in good condition.
