Anniversary

Anniversary stones were created by an Oklahoman jeweler that recognized the need of jewelry to mark an anniversary, in lew of household gifts. With only a few exceptions, all anniversary gemstones are listed equally suitable for both men and women as tokens of marital celebration.

The orders of anniversary are comparable to price ranges more affordable for newlyweds and young couples celebrating the first 19 years of marriage. A single anniversary stones commemorates a five-year period, for couples of 20 years or more- for several reasons. After 20 years, couples celebrate each year, but are more prone to approach a more significant year as it occurs. Thus gemstones selected for the 20+ year anniversaries either represent the finer gem species because of the gemstone rarity or durability factor, equated with the length of marriage.
